By Kelly Bridgewater
“When
tempted, no one should say, ‘God is tempting me.’ For God cannot be tempted by
evil, nore does he tempt anyone, but each person is tempted when they are
dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has
conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth
to death.”
Since
our world has gone crazy and values mean nothing anymore, it is easier to blame
all the temptation that comes our way on God.
But
. . .
It
comes as a Beacon of Light ready to devour and destroy, so why does he want you
to be happy.
He
doesn’t.
He
lies all the time.
And
he enjoys watching you fall.
The
best answer for this is to keep an eye on God and stay in his Word, so this
does not happen.
Trust
me . . . we are human, so temptation will happen all the time. How we handle it
is what really matters.
